Last week, Mick took away the last of the rubbish from the above job, which I am sure you are glad is over!! (We gave our cheque to him to pass on). It wasn’t an easy job I am sure, due to the huge amount of vines leaning over from 57 on top of the old fence.
We just wanted to say what a great team of men carried out this job under difficult circumstances – extreme heat, pouring rain, and then terrible humidity after the rain! Let alone the vines …….. and more vines!! Starting from Dave who came out for the quotation in the beginning and Allie pulling down the old fence in that extreme heat!! (It was terrible). Then Steve who did such a great job putting up the new fence, with the problem of the old sleepers holding the fill from next door, sloping over onto our side. He was so particular making sure the fence was in line and standing straight, and he was always so courteous, particular and unphased by it all!! Then Mick taking away all the rubbish, who made sure we were happy with everything before he left, and lastly yourself Geoff. With the last minute problems from No. 57 re payment!! etc. after bringing down the price for getting rid of these vines!! – you kept your cool and were courteous and obliging at all times.
Thank you all to a great team, I’m sure you are glad it is all over – and so are we, as it took many emails to Perth to get this finally organised!

Brad Parker, your estimator for the North Shore area is a true gentleman. We liked the way he presented himself and his “can do” attitude.
Sure, we paid a little bit more for the project but we received better value for our money. The material supplied is better, stronger and of very good quality. The commencement day was as promised and the work was done without interruption. Your installing teams were great – they were very considerate, polite (not once the B word was mentioned) and very skilled – please convey our thanks and gratitude to Keith, David, Matt, Paul, Brett and the young helper. Nothing was too difficult or a problem for them and it was indeed a difficult site. Other fencing contractors did not even bother to either come or send their quotation.

As it turns out, Matt and Tim who came on Friday to do our fences were absolutely delightful. I cannot speak highly enough of them. We have used a number of tradespeople so far throughout our renovation and I must say that most are late, untidy, careless and often disrespectful of the property whenever they deliver or install something. By contrast, Matt and Tim were punctual, tidy, and careful (despite the backyard being a building site). The fences look great and both our neighbours have commented positively on the job.
